At Seiko, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your timepiece or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original Seiko presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact to ensure a valid return.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
